Christian Meditation - A Shower of Blessings

I've always thought meditation was like a shower,travelling, or have company...it's so easy to put off
in a lovely poetic sense--the 'shower' of healingmeditation. After a while, I almost dread it!
biochemicals, washing through our body...but afterBut--here's the great part. Here's why I realized
